Allow Parallel Test Execution
Solution-level NCrunch configuration setting Default Value: False (also controlled by the configuration wizard)ID/Tag in config file: AllowParallelTestExecution
Purpose
This setting controls whether NCrunch is allowed to execute tests within the solution in parallel.
Recommendations
Parallel execution is hugely advantageous for reducing test cycle times and improving engine responsiveness. However, not all solutions will immediately support it unless integration tests have been properly attributed or engineered with consideration to parallelisation.
It's also possible to disable parallel execution on a global level by setting the Max number of processing threads setting to 1.
