Added support for Rider 2024.1
Added a new column to the Tests Window, 'Is RDI Data Available'. Values in this column show whether RDI data is available for a given test or project. The column is hidden by default but can be enabled by right-clicking on the column headers.
Fixed an issue where NCrunch would not automatically detect Razor project items and would need to be configured manually to include them in workspaces.
Fixed a race condition that could cause exceptions when working with RDI data
