This version of NCrunch introduces changes to the grid protocol. This means that grid node servers
must be updated before they can be used with the new version.

Fixed an issue where the new MSBuild Extensions reference redirecting system in VS15.8 was preventing
some projects from correctly negotiating runtime references to .NET Framework assemblies included
using Nuget package references under .NET 4.6.1 and 4.7.
Improved error handling when collecting data for the Timeline report, this could under certain
circumstances surface an exception.
